Jaxon Turns 1

Crazy to think how fast time flies!  Our little angel turned 1 and we were lucky to have Grandma Schenk, Aunt Becca and Aunt Rachel in town to celebrate! Jaxon was so funny about his cupcake.  We weren't sure how he would decide to eat it, but after looking at it for a minute he dove right in!  I think he most enjoyed squishing the cake and frosting between his fingers.  He simply couldn't get enough of it! 

He really, really loved the frosting!  That's my boy!

We had such a great time celebrating Jaxon's 1st birthday.  He has been the greatest blessing in our lives and we just love him so stinkin' much!

Our Little Punkin

Another week has come and gone and it still just amazes me how big Jaxon is getting!  I feel like he is crossing that threshold of no longer being a baby, but a little boy :(  Although he is sooo much fun right now it does break my heart a little that he is growing up too fast {and without my permission}.  Every morning I seriously take 100 pictures of him because he is always so happy and smiley when he wakes up!  I just love him to pieces!

We are trying really hard to be better at tummy time and he is liking it more and more, which is good.  He can now roll over from tummy to his back and is getting the hang of it more and more each day.

He is loving being able to play on the ground with his toys.  He is my little "kicker" and can kick himself just about everywhere on the carpet.

I left the room for a few minutes to come back and find his little legs poking out from under the table!  Silly little boy!

He is absolutely LOVING any kind of baby food that comes his way.  You name it....he eats it!
