This weekend we decided to enjoy the amazing Arizona weather and go to the zoo! Brandon has been working so hard with such long hours so it was really nice to spend some quality family time. This was the first time all of us were able to go together and it was perfect! The temperature for the day was 76 degrees and we couldn't have asked for more friendly climate! Decided we better put some sun screen on Jaxon since he hasn't been outside a whole lot before this.
He makes the funniest little faces!
Entrance at the zoo. Jaxon has really started to love sitting up and looking all around him. This is the first time he has been in the stroller with the back support all the way up. He absolutely loved being able to look at all the excitement going on around him!
So content.
He is seriously the happiest little guy I know.
The Phoenix zoo had so many fun animals...
Hard to tell in this picture, but it's a Lion laying down.
Little Timon looking right up at us!
It was so funny because the Baboons kept coming right up the glass and would stare right at Jaxon. Maybe he looks like a baby monkey to them!
Mommy's little love muffin!
The facial expression right as he decides to have a blow-out on Daddy's lap :)
Daddy is thrilled!
Notice the change of clothing for Jaxon. I only had a spare onesie in the diaper bag but no clean pants. Sorry Jaxon!
The loves of my life
That night after the zoo it was Daddy's turn to feed Jaxon his baby food. I swear this little boy is going to eat us out of house and home! He is such a tanker when it comes to eating! Tonight's menu: green beans!
It's so hard not to laugh sometimes when he eats because he always slurps the food out of the spoon. The only problem is once he starts smiling it's impossible for him to stop! Before you know he's a huge mess!
Yummy yummy!
The zoo wore these two out. Nap time!
I have been dying to put these pajamas on him once he was big enough! They are a two-piece set and the pants have a waist band that looks like little long johns! I just LOVE them!
He is just getting so big! Some days it just kills me.
Love this picture of him!
